Refrigerant 507

Refrigerant 507 is an azeotropic R-125 and R-143a blend intended for low and medium temperature refrigeration systems. R-507 requires POE lubricants, which is usually charged into new equipment. The original oil must be replaced with POE, if you’ll retrofit existing equipment. R-507 is a long-term replacement for R-502. Capacity and efficiency values should be nearly equivalent to R-502. The compressor discharge temperature may be as such as 7.40C lower than with R-502, which may equate to longer compressor life and better lubricant stability.

Use The most efficient field for R-507 using are:

• Iow temperature refrigerating systems;

• refrigerated transport;

• cold-storage cells;

• supermarket display cases;

• ice machines.
